Hop & Shop with Franklin Transit
To encourage local shopping, the Franklin Transit Authority annually partners with the Downtown Franklin Association and The Factory at Franklin to provide free transportation with the Hop & Shop Trolley on Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The shuttle is a heated and handicap accessible form of transportation for passengers to take into downtown Franklin from The Factory. Running in 30 minute shifts from 10AM-5PM, the festive trolley will be available for guests on Saturdays through December 16th.
“Franklin Transit is happy to provide this festive service for holiday shoppers,” says Debbie Henry, Executive Director. “It’s a popular and fun way to shop, eat and enjoy the holiday decorations. We look forward to seeing folks on board.”
In compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, Franklin Transit’s buses are sanitized daily.
