COVID-19 RESPONSE
Franklin Transit is offering free rides to anyone needing transportation to their scheduled COVID-19 vaccine appointment. This includes all vaccination sites in Williamson County within Franklin Transit’s fixed-route service area, including hospitals, pharmacies and other immunization centers. Passengers can locate a vaccination site along our service route by visiting the VaccineFinder website or on their smartphone through the Passio GO! mobile app. Paratransit and transit-on-demand customers along with anyone who is unable to use the fixed-route bus service can call (615) 628-0260 for assistance in scheduling service. Franklin Transit is only providing transportation and does not administer the vaccine or schedule appointments for customers. For more information about vaccinations, eligibility and appointments, visit the Tennessee Department of Health’s COVID-19 website.
